Refund & Cancellation Policy

All services provided by Rank Pilot PDX are offered on a non-refundable basis. Due to the digital nature of our work and the immediate allocation of resources and labor upon project commencement, all payments made are final.

2. Service Satisfaction

While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to client satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with the work provided, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@rankpilotpdx.com to discuss potential revisions or adjustments as outlined in your specific service agreement.

3. Cancellations

Clients may cancel ongoing monthly services by providing 30 days' written notice. Any payments processed prior to the cancellation notice period remain non-refundable.
